OMG! I’m *SO* loving this story. I was raised as a Jehovah’s Witness and I turned my back on it all at age 17. I was just like Chris. I did it because my parents forced me to. I had one true friend in the world, and he wasn’t a witness. 20+ years later, he’s still my best friend, and I’ve never looked back. :)

Dave,
You’re doing a great job with the story man. Every Wed I look forward to listening to what’s happening with my favorite characters.
I don’t watch any commercial TV series, but I listen to Blood Witness every release day. You’re doing a great job! Keep them coming!

Wayne,
Congratulations on your escape. It took me a bit longer – I escaped when I was 20. I also had a worldly best friend who helped keep me sane. He was nothing like Curly (and I was nothing like Chris) and we only see each other every few years.

Dave,
Enlighten me; I had to go back over episode 13 to get what I suspect is how Stephen picked up the vamp virus. A rusty razor blade??… (from Chris?). Am I on the right track? By the way, I love your podcast. I listen to it when I get off the night shift (I’m a nurse, how appropriate, huh!). Sometimes I fall asleep while listening, so I think that’s where I missed Stephen’s conversion?
Keep up the nice work; and thank you so much for it.

Not just a rusty blade, but a bloody one. Chris had shaved and left some of his blood on the blade, and Stephen cut himself with it. He got a much smaller dose, which is why it took longer for it to affect him.

I am loving this story, it’s agony waiting till wensday till I get to hear a new one. I am in brazil and it Is so hard to fond books in English let alone good audio books. Ty so much for doing this podcat and for free. Never was very religious but I has friends who suffered from being forced to do so by their parents when I was in highschool.
